Who we’re looking for
Caregivers who are calm, reliable and kind, and who notice the small things. Experience matters, especially with memory care, but so does character.
To work with us you’ll need at least a year of caregiving experience, a California Home Care Aide registration (or the willingness to register when hired), reliable transportation, and a smartphone for scheduling and visit notes. Any job offer depends on a background check and a TB test, as California requires.
