Privacy notice
Effective the day the site goes live. This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send through our forms: your name, email, phone number, town and message, and, if you’re interested in working with us, your Home Care Aide registration status, experience, availability and languages. We don’t ask for medical details, and we ask that you don’t include them.
How we use it
To reply to you and, if you ask, to send our rate sheet. If you’re interested in working with us, to consider you for a caregiving role. Nothing else.
Where it’s kept and who sees it
Form messages are stored in our Google Workspace account and seen only by the Calm Harbor Care team members who handle inquiries. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
Spam protection and visitor statistics
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam, which means Cloudflare briefly checks technical information from your browser. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to respond and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete anything you’ve sent us, email hello@calmharborcare.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update it here with a new effective date.
